We are fully equipped with production facilities, including vacuum welding furnaces, powder‑bed laser automatic composite additive manufacturing equipment, plasma surfacing welding machines, heat‑treatment furnaces, CNC lathes, surface grinders, hydraulic leveling machines, various shot‑blasting machines, wire‑cutting machines, laser processing systems and more. Our lead time is 10‑30 days upon order confirmation.
Complete inspection and testing equipment is available in‑house, such as spectrometers, carbon‑sulfur analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, Rockwell / Leeb hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, American G65 standard abrasive wear testers, impact wear testers, self‑developed bending testers and ball drop impact testers. We can independently complete various standard tests and measurements.
