All quotations are valid for agreed period. An official sales contract shall confirm order details, quantity, price, delivery time and technical requirements before production starts.

7. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Before production starts: you may cancel your order and get deposit refund.
- After production has begun: customized wear‑resistant products are manufactured according to your drawing and specification. Cancellation is not available, and deposit cannot be refunded. We can only discuss resale possibility mutually.

Refund will only be processed for confirmed manufacturing defects which cannot be solved by replacement. Custom‑made items cannot be returned for subjective dissatisfaction.
Approved refund will be processed via original payment channel within reasonable business days. Bank handling fees may be deducted according to bank rules.
Any dispute will be solved through friendly negotiation first.

8. Policy Revision
We reserve the right to update these terms without advance notice. Updates will be published on this page.
